Both PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass will soon welcome a new wave of games in their respective catalogs. If we already know that PS5 and PS4 players will be spoiled with an RPG juggernaut and a legendary Japanese license, those of its competitor will be announced in a few days. Still, one of the next big games in November 2022’s XGP might have leaked.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in November’s Xbox Game Pass?
On one side Skyrim and on the other Assassin’s Creed Valhalla? While PS Plus Extra will add one of Bethesda’s most cult games, November’s Xbox Game Pass could draw on Ubisoft’s side. The Polish page dedicated to the subscription service may have spilled the beans early. Several users have indeed noticed that the last part of the Assassin’s Creed license was decked out with the mention Game Pass, which quickly disappeared. A wording normally reserved for titles that have integrated the catalog, which suggests an imminent arrival of the title on the XGP.
If the information remains to be taken conditionally pending an official communication from Microsoft, we know that the Xbox Game Pass adds games available on Ubisoft + every month. It would therefore not be surprising for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla to join the service in the coming days alongside a few day one releases, especially since the title is already available on the PS Plus Extra. In any case, it would be a continuation of the last few months. AC Origins joined Xbox Game Pass in June and Odyssey in September. Now all we have to do is wait for confirmation.
