We knew the nice little bear, honey lover and friend of Jean-Christophe. But we did not expect him as a bloodthirsty killer! Yet this is the pitch of this unexpected film directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield. baptized Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honeythe film promises to be a violent slasher.
Expected soon on VOD, the feature film takes place in an alternate universe in which Winnie and Piglet have been abandoned by their friend Jean-Christophe. Distraught, they then turned into psycho killers. A group of young people who came to party in the forest not far from their place of life will bear the brunt of it, as shown in the trailer for the film unveiled today.
If the very existence of this film can astonish, it is simply explained. Indeed, the little bear created by Alan Alexander Milne in 1926 fell into the public domain on January 1, 2022. It can therefore be used freely. This is however the original version of the bearnot the one with the red t-shirt, which belongs to Disney.
