Winnie the Pooh calls for your blood in this new trailer

No you’re not dreaming, Winnie L’Ourson has the right to his own horror film. It is Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey. An independent slasher film directed and written by Rhys Frake-Waterfield. Because yes, remember that since January 2022, the original work has been in the public domain in the USA, which has led The Walt Disney Company to no longer hold the exclusive film rights to the famous (and cute) characters.

When Piglet and Winnie the Pooh want to bleed you dry

The scenario of the film is quite simple, the characters of Winnie and Piglet are abandoned by Jean-Christophe in the middle of the forest to go to university. Without food, they become completely wild and unbalanced to such an extent that Eeyore even gets eaten. Several years later, Jean-Christophe returns with his new wife to introduce her to his old friends. Obviously, as you can imagine, nothing will go as planned and an escalation of violence will begin.

The film, which was shot in England, had the right to only ten days of filming, but it promises in any case to be particularly bloody. For the moment there is no release date and we will have to settle for a “coming soon” for those who are horror lovers.

With Arthur, curse that’s a lot of childhood horror films. What traumatize a whole generation.
