Who Is This Family, which will be released on Friday, October 7th? The movie premiered at Kanyon Cinemaximum with a magnificent organization. The premiere of the movie, which is the first movie produced by CJ ENM Turkey, attracted great interest, and the guests had a fun night with the first big local movie of the cinema season to be released after a long time.
CJ ENM international representatives, Demet Akbağ, İbrahim Büyükak, Azra Akın, Bülent Emrah Parlak, Murat Şeker, Ali Tanrıverdi, Şebnem Schaffer, Eray Yasin Işık, Merih Ermakastar, Sefa Sarı, Su Soley, Çiğdem Batur attended the gala night of Who Is This Family? , Elif Doğan, Sevcan Yaşar and more than a thousand guests attended.
Actors Cengiz Bozkurt, Nurgül Yeşilçay, Onur Buldu, Ferit Aktuğ, Beste Kökdemir, Doğancan Sarıkaya, Altan Erkekli, Fatih Al and director Bedran Güzel, who appeared before the press on the red carpet at the gala night, underlined that an action movie full of laughter awaits the audience. Who is This Family, who received a standing ovation at the finale of the gala? received praise from the guests for his magnificent production, unique action scenes and laughter.
Who Is This Family? It tells the amusing story of Inspector Adem, who had to leave the police department after failing in the most important operation of his career, and took over a chicken restaurant in order to follow the gang that put him in this situation, and the ‘collection family’ who supported him in this operation.
THEY MADE A COMEDY, BUT THEY ENTERED THE CAMP FOR THE ACTION
The leading actors of the movie attended a special training camp with the master Korean action director Youn Dae-Won, who came to Turkey specially for the project. Actors Cengiz Bozkurt, Nurgül Yeşilçay, Onur Buldu, Ferit Aktuğ, Beste Kökdemir and Doğan Can Sarıkaya, who were intensely prepared for the challenging action scenes in the film during the tough training process, successfully coped with the challenging scenes they took part in.

Nurgul Yesilcay: The biggest gala since the pandemic. We’re so excited, I haven’t been in such a big gala in a long time. We made a very valuable film with my dear friends. Together with our esteemed director Bedran (Beautiful) and also our Korean action director – unfortunately he is not here. Thank you for coming, I hope it will be a very nice evening. My character works in a nightclub. A character that a cop should never be around.
Bedran Guzel: Together with the CJ ENM family, we made Who Is This Family? together with my dear friends, masters and brothers. It was a project that we prepared very well and enjoyed very much. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did when you watch it. Thank you all and have a good time.
Cengiz Bozkurt: This is the first time we are entering the movie theater with such enthusiasm and motivation after a long pandemic process. We think that the audience will also show interest in the film. We shot this movie for a long time with great effort. When you watch it, you will see that there are very big, crowded scenes. Thank you to all the supporting actors who contributed. Thank you to our director Bedran Güzel. Our producer, CJ ENM, is Turkey’s first film, and it was our destiny. Hopefully, we will come out with a clear face, we think we made a good movie. I play a commissioner who is expelled from the police. Gathering starts a family and they open a poultry farm opposite a mafia group’s warehouse. He starts to do the operation with the family.
Ferit Aktug: We have worked very hard for eight weeks, now we have come to reap the fruits. We will watch it for the first time, we are very curious. We had a lot of fun, I think we are a nice family. A family from us, a family from Turkey. We will watch together.
Honor Found: I’m playing Ali, the sweet con man of the movie. It’s my character that brings this family together. I am responsible for forming the families of two cops suspended as a result of an unsuccessful operation during a mob chase. After that, the stories begin. It was a great production that we worked in harmony with having a lot of fun, it is a movie worth watching in the cinema. I hope our audience will like it too.
Beste Kokdemir: I am playing Cengiz Bey’s daughter. A character who wants to prove to his father that he is a cop. Thank you for not leaving us alone on this beautiful night.
Dogancan Sarikaya: I am very happy to be in the squad with such great players. Very fun for me. A great team, thank you all.
Cengiz Bozkurt: There are very challenging action scenes, but we overcame them all. There are very crowded scenes, you will see when you watch. Maybe such crowded fight scenes haven’t been shot since Yeşilçam.
