This is a great success for the platform of streaming. It should also be noted that in France, the series is at the top of the most watched series on the platform between February 28 and March 6, 2022, ahead of Inventing Anna and Her real face. The date for Vikings Valhalla Season 2 is not yet known, however. We know for the time being that it has been shot and is in the post-production phase. Jeb Stuart, the showrunner of the series, has already spoken about season 2 of Vikings Valhalla with Collider. Stuart announces that he considers this season 2 to have “a different vibe. The same characters move through the story and progress in a straight line in this direction but they will be able to move and change. I see it as a continuous story but, at the same time, each season has its own identity.” Also, note that season 3 of the Viking’s spin-off has been ordered by Netflix. In total, subscribers will soon be able to discover 24 new episodes (8 per season).
