If French fans expect the Halo series to be broadcast from March 24, 2022, in France on Canal +, several factors allow us to doubt it. First, Canal+ hardly mentioned the arrival of the series in the broadcast. We found a tweet dated March 8 announcing the catalog of Canal series whose appearance is planned during the Canneséries festival. It simply announced a broadcast “soon on Canal +” without further details. Since then, it’s been silent. No trailer with French subtitles, no announcement messages, no press release. We also know that Halo will open the Canneséries festival out of competition. A preview session is also scheduled for April 1st. It seems hard to imagine that the Halo series will arrive on Canal+ before its preview session… We have contacted Canal+ on this subject and will update this article with their response.
The Halo series, eagerly awaited by fans of SF and the Xbox video game series, is broadcast on the Paramount+ subscription streaming service. In the United States and wherever the online service is available in the world, Paramount+ is the place to go. Note, however, that the offer has not yet been launched in France and that you will have to wait for the preview broadcast on Canal+. The most patient can also wait for the French launch of Paramount+, scheduled for the second half of 2022.
