What about the development of Bully 2?
If we now know that GTA VI is in development, some players are also firmly waiting for a certain Bully 2. So, should we lose hope? Obviously not according to this well-known insider.
The always very informed Tom Henderson took advantage of Rockstar Games’ announcement on the official development of GTA VI (which was clearly not a surprise) to talk about Bully 2. Late last year he had already posted this message on his Twitter account:
Bully 2 was expected as a potential surprise reveal at #TheGameAwards last week after some people saw docs hinting at an upcoming reveal.
The information is a bit fuzzy at the moment, and I have to stay pretty vague here, but if I hear more, I’ll let you know.
With the recent announcement about GTA VI, a user asked Henderson if the development of Bully 2 was a troll on his part or truthful information. Here is the answer:
Sorry – where did today’s announcement indicate that this would be Rockstar’s future centerpiece? They said GTA was in development.
I maintain that there is something going on with the Bully series.
It remains to be seen whether it will be a remaster or a remake of the first or a real sequel in good and due form. Since Rockstar Games is not very vocal about its projects, we will have to take our troubles patiently.
