Highly anticipated, the Vikings spin-off is revealed with new photos. Better yet, Netflix has revealed the upload date for episodes of this series called Vikings: Valhalla.
The Vikings will return to Netflix next year. The platform has unveiled the release date of Vikings: Valhalla, the spin-off of the series created by Michael Hirst: this spin-off show will be uploaded on February 25, 2022 on Netflix.
Netflix has also unveiled the first photos of the series created by Jeb Stuart which prove that we should rediscover the fighting and bloody spirit of the original show, especially since Michael Hirst is the producer of this spin-off. The episodes are directed by BAFTA-awarded Danish director Niels Arden Oplev, Steve Saint Leger who has already directed several episodes of the first series, and Hannah Quinn.
Vikings: Valhalla is set 100 years after the first Vikings and tells the story of their descendants, including the legendary Leif Eriksson, Freydis Eiriksdottir, Harald Sigurdsson and William The Conqueror, men and women ready to do anything to survive in a Europe changing.
The cast includes Sam Corlett, Frida Gustavsson, Leo Suter, Caroline Henderson, Bradley Freegard, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson, Pollyanna McIntosh, Asbjørn Krogh, David Oakes, Pääru Oja and Louis Davison.
