As season 2 of “Validated” is in full swing, let’s take a look back. The first season of the series worn by Hatik ended with a particularly traumatic sequence, namely the murder of his hero. But then, how did his interpreter learn the news?
Valid : Hatik, unforgettable hero
The first season of Valid, the popular rap series, revolved around Clément (Hatik). Anonymous rapper but particularly talented, the young man ended up being “validated” by accomplished artists – like Mastar (Moussa Mansaly). With the help of his best friend William (Saïdou Camara) and his cousin Brahim (Brahim Bouhlel), Clément then launched into the industry. Unfortunately, if the glory was there, she came on the arm of a fatal companion! At the end of the ten episodes of show, a shooter thus targeted the protagonist, who lost his life in a last punch shot.
At the microphone of Difool, Hatik has precisely confided on the death of his character and, in fact, on his absence from season 2. The young man explains to have learned the pot aux roses only three days from the end of the shoot !

The actor adds that several final scenes were shot by Franck Gastambide. For the record, one of them also featured the death of Brahim, Clément’s cousin, and not that of the hero! Regarding his feelings about this tragic conclusion, Hatik says he understands the director’s choice.

It must indeed be recognized that such an ending gives a different – and particularly interesting – reading of Clément’s career and his meteoric rise.
Valid : Franck Gastambide speaks on the final
Franck Gastambide also reacted to the microphone of the show The code. Asked about Hatik and his character, the creator of Valid poured out about former actor. If he recognizes that the latter has never criticized him for the turn of events, he confides having felt the disappointment of the young actor by learning of his fate in the show.
The author-director wished to reaffirm that his choice had strictly nothing personal, but understands the disappointment of his protégé. Valid was based on his character and admitting that he would no longer be part of the adventure must have been no easy task. Franck Gastambide admits to thinking that, before truly understanding and appreciating his decisionHatik must have wondered what he had done wrong not to be returned. A reaction that the director of Taxi 5 judge elsewhere quite human – although it has no basis!
Hatik: what now?
The rapper-actor is categorical: he has definitely turned the page with Valid ! If this goodbye is in no way synonymous with tension with Franck Gastambide, one can wonder in which programs we will find the talented Hatik in the future.
The most assiduous fans of the young man will have already spotted him in A perfect mother, a TF1 series carried by Julie Gayet which is inspired by the Amanda Knox affair! On the cinema side, Hatik will soon be in the cast of Guillaume Nicloux’s next film, The Tower of Assitan, a horrific-fantastic feature film. As for music, the artist continues his journey in rap. He has just released his last clip, Drowned, shot on a Normandy beach!
