Koh Lanta last night was the opportunity for TF1 to unveil the first trailer of “Une Affaire Française” its next event series which will return to the affair of little Grégory, a news item that has fascinated crowds for more than 25 years.
The third evening of broadcast of Koh Lanta was the perfect opportunity for TF1 to unveil the first trailer for Une Affaire Française, its new anthological event series which will be broadcast on the channel from Monday, September 20 at 9:05 p.m.
Focusing each season on a new news item that marked the French, this first round of episodes will focus on the affair of little Grégory, who drowned on October 16, 1984. Almost 25 years after the drama, this story is still as much talk about her. Netflix did not miss the phenomenon since the platform had released in November 2019 a docu-series on the subject which had met with great success.
It is therefore now the turn of TF1 to tackle this ongoing affair by offering us this time a fiction in 6 episodes which returns to this sordid story. And to do so, the front page appealed to beautiful people.
Alexandre Smia (Le bureau des Légendes) and Jérémie Guez (The Night devoured the world, The intervention) thus got down to the script, while Christophe Lamotte, who had already worked on The Day where I burned my heart and The share of suspicion, took care of the realization.
Casting side, Christine Villemin will be played by Blandine Bellavoir (Love at first sight in Bangkok), and Jean-Marie, her husband, will be played by Guillaume Gouix (Les RevENTS).
Guillaume de Tonquédec will slip into the shoes of gendarme Etienne Sesmat who was in charge of the investigation. Laurent Stocker will be the infamous judge Lambert. Michaël Youn, Thierry Godard, Gilbert Melki and Gérard Jugnot will also be there.
