The theft of the paintings which led to the death of a man promises to bring much trouble to Virgil (Fred Bianconi) and Manu (Moses Santamaria) during the next episodes of Un si grand soleil.
Looking for a place to stash the stolen paintings, José enlists Virgil’s help to keep the vehicle at the campsite for the necessary time. But that was without counting on Eliott (Stéphane Monpetit) who was commissioned by prosecutor Bernier to investigate this theft. However, Eve’s son intends to afford a new life far from Montpellier and goes off with the car. After recovering the canvases, he decides to burn it.
José having fled, Orsan threatens Virgil and gives him three days to find the car containing the paintings. Then begins a real race against the clock for Léa’s father. Cornered and fearing to lose his life, he has no other option than to seek Manu’s help.
But on New Years Eve, things will speed up and drama will occur.
According to information from News Actual, the party is in full swing when Virgil receives a visit from Orsan in his caravan. Since he still hasn’t got his hands on the works, Virgil tries to buy time in the hope of getting his weapon back. Only Orsan is ahead of him.
At the same time, Manu arrives at the campsite after receiving information from a contact. Seeing Orsan aiming at his friend, the policeman summons him not to move. When a fireworks display, a shootout breaks out between Orsan and Manu. Hit in the abdomen, the latter collapses.
