NOTHING GOES BETWEEN MANU AND CAMILLE
Under the control of the prosecutor for some time now, Eliott is tasked with conducting a counter-investigation into the theft of the paintings. However, the young man does not intend to give her satisfaction. Although he already has a plan in mind to offer himself a new life far from Montpellier, Eve’s son refuses to talk to Charles about it for the moment.
Meanwhile, Alex and Manu continue to investigate the murder of the Guardian. While they are consulting the profiles of potential suspects, Manu receives a call from Virgil who insists on seeing him quickly. After he joins her, his friend tells him the whole story. Furious, Manu reproaches him for having agreed to keep the car without knowing that it contained stolen paintings. Only, Virgil did not have the choice since José threatened to throw them to the police for Elsa. Fearing for his life, Virgil then gives him the description of Orsan. Manu then assures him that he is on the spot then promises not to let go.
Back at the police station, Manu makes Alex believe that his informant has information on the potential murderer and asks him to do research on an old black sedan.
Not far from there, Marvin contacts Claudine, his lawyer, who informs him that his cell phone has been found at the scene of the search with enough information to bring it down. Although she advises him to collaborate with the police, Marvin categorically refuses. Panicked and angry, he throws all the blame on Manu and threatens to settle his account. Claudine then tries to make him realize that she will not be able to do anything more to help him if he were to take action.
For his part, Steve arrives late for his meeting with Camille. Since his girlfriend notices the mark on his face, the teenager ends up telling him that his brother hit him. While Camille thinks it is because of her father that they have come to this, Steve retorts that Marvin is solely responsible for his actions. Despite everything, on returning home, Camille accuses her father. The police may well assure that he has withdrawn from the investigation, she does not believe him. Angry, she then goes on to say that she hates him and that she never wants to see him again.
MYRIAM HAS FOUND LOVE
Wishing that L. Cosmetics’ raw materials would now be 100% local, Élisabeth asked Myriam to find new suppliers to design their products in France. For his part, Gary has the impression that his colleague is trying to steal his place.
