JULIEN LEAVES THE COUNTRY
At the campsite, Manu warns Virgil that Wilson Samba’s DNA has been found on Elsa’s body. As Julien’s innocence in the murder of the young woman is no longer in doubt, Manu does not understand why he would have killed Baudry’s accomplice. The policeman therefore hopes to find his trail as soon as possible to obtain answers.
Meanwhile, the police chase Elizabeth, but the businesswoman has more than one trick up her sleeve. With the complicity of Alain, she walks the police to the four corners of the city to create a diversion. For her part, Alice recovers Julien at his hideout to accompany him to his meeting point.
Before setting off, he begs his ex-wife to take care of her and kiss the children for him. Once the police are less on their backs, Alice promises to organize herself so that Arthur and Manon come to see him. While he asks her to come too, Alice prefers to stay with Elizabeth in order to fight to prove her innocence. Very moved, Julien strokes Alice’s cheek and thanks her for everything she has done for him.
Shortly after, he joined the catamaran his mother bought him and then set off to write a new chapter in his life.
LUCILLE ADVISES ERIC LATOUR TO CONSTITUTE HIS CIVIL PARTY
Since Mo received a threatening letter, Yasmine is particularly worried. As her daughter plans to spend the day at the beach with Antonin, Yasmine urges her to be careful and to give her news during the day.
At the same time, Lucille would like to write an article on the anonymous letters received by certain witnesses in the Lila Marquant case. Unfortunately, the editor-in-chief of Midi Libre reminds her that they have a responsibility as a journalist and prefers to wait until she has serious information before writing again on this affair.
For her part, Maryline informs Mo that another witness has received a threatening letter and then urges her to go to the police. Certain that we are only trying to scare her, Mo refuses to go.
Not far from there, Eric Latour meets Lucille to find out more about the circumstances of his brother’s accident. The journalist then tells him about the expert’s report and indicates that it is possible that someone has sabotaged his car. Subsequently, she referred to the letters received by certain witnesses in the Marquant affair and encouraged her to become a civil party in order to access the file. On his advice, Eric goes to see Florent who agrees to represent him.
At the hospital, Yasmine is worried about not hearing from Anissa and Antonin. As Claire assures us that they are not in danger, David joins their conversation. On learning that the witnesses of the Marquant case have been threatened, the nurse quickly loses his smile.
