“Umbrella Academy” still has a bright future ahead of it. Netflix has shared the first look at Season 3 through a teaser. The streaming giant also unveiled two never-before-seen photos from the series.
Umbrella Academy vs Sparrow Academy
The original series Netflix returns to the screens. After two seasons were released successively in 2019 and 2020, Umbrella Academy continues its way on the streaming platform with new episodes coming soon. Netflix has just aroused the curiosity of fans by unveiling some new images in this first teaser. Faithful to the post, we see Elliot Page (Vanya), David Castañeda (Diego) Tom Hopper (Luther), Robert Sheehan (Klaus), Aidan Gallagher (Number five), and Emmy Raver-Lampman (Allison). All the main protagonists seem to be in the game.
Between time travel and apocalyptic war, Umbrella Academy tells the story of a dysfunctional family. That of the Hargreeves. After saving the world several times in the first seasons, the clan of vigilantes finds themselves in an alternate reality, ready to do battle with their “rivals”.
As the world’s timeline is turned upside down, the Umbrellas clench their fists and prepare to challenge the Sparrow Academy. Leading the latter are Justin H. Min (Ben) and Justin Cornwell (Marcus). In addition to this conflict, the heroes will face a destructive threat of which they are undoubtedly the cause.
Season 3 is coming soon
Based on the comic book series by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá, Umbrella Academy has had a large community of fans since its inception. The program brings together millions of viewers around the world. According to Netflix, the first season reached 45 million views in its first month. Fans will be there again in a few weeks. Netflix has also accompanied the teaser with a launch date. Season 3 will air in June 2022.
While waiting for the next arrival of a more explicit trailer, and with more content, these few mysterious and angry seconds should make fans want to dive back into the universe of the series.
