Tyler Hoechlin, who joined the cast of Paramount+’s “Teen Wolf”, will reprise his character from the TV series “Teen Wolf”.
Tyler Hoechlin, one of the main characters of the “Teen Wolf” series that continued between 2011 and 2017, joined the cast of the movie adapted from the series and also called “Teen Wolf”. Hoechlin will once again appear before the audience as Derek Hale.
In the movie shot for Paramount Plus, the cast of the series includes Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, Crystal Reed, Linden Ashby, JR Bourne, Orny Adams, Colton Haynes, Ryan Kelley, Melissa Ponzio, Ian Bohen, Vince Mattis, Nobi Nakanishi, Khylin Rhambo, Starring Amy Workman and Dylan Sprayberry.
According to the film’s official synopsis, the plot is as follows: “The full moon is rising over Beacon Hills, and with it, a terrible evil has appeared.” The wolves howl once again, asking the Banshees, Werecoyote, Hellhounds, Kitsunes, and all the other shape-shifters to return at night. But only a Werewolf like Scott McCall (Posey) is no longer a teenager, yet an Alpha can both recruit new allies and assemble trusted companions to battle the strongest and deadliest foe they’ve ever faced.
The screenplay will be written by series creator Jeff Davis. Davis will also produce the film. Tyler Posey and new cast member Tyler Hoechlin will also produce the project.
