Two stars of the films of the saga “Twilight” recreated a cult sequence from the first film more than 12 years after its release. A reunion that should please the fans!
Twelve years already
The success story of Twilight began more than fifteen years ago, in 2005, with the first novel of the saga written by Stephenie Meyer. It immersed us in the daily life of Isabella Swan (Bella for friends), a young high school student who arrived in the small rainy town of Forks. Its quiet existence was shocked by her meeting with Edward Cullen, a mysterious boy who turned out to be a vampire.
This thwarted love story has been adapted into five feature films released between 2008 and 2012. Huge box office success, they grossed more than $ 3 billion.
For their part, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson, the two interpreters of Bella and Edward, have become huge stars. They are now brilliantly pursuing their careers in a totally different register.
A Twilight meeting has taken place
Ten years after the release of the last film, Twilight Chapter 4: Revelation, Part 1, two actors got together for a parody video posted on Instagram. They are Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz, the interpreters of Alice and Emmett Cullen. For the occasion, they took over the roles they played in the saga.
Emmett appears onscreen when the word ‘vampire’ is used against the emo character ‘. Alice arrives moments later to calm the situation down. The fans will have recognized by their clothes the big wink to the baseball streak in the first Twilight. The Cullens played this sport in the middle of a thunderstorm, because it masked the sound of the bat hitting the ball. We especially remember the song Supermassive Black Hole of Muse who illustrated this scene.
Kellan Lutz also shared a photo from the set:
