Yesterday evening, players doubled as fine strategists were finally able to discover the name of the one that should no longer be called Project Triangle Strategy, and even the launch of hostilities. Joy.
Like the previous title overseen by the famous Team Asano, the final name of Project Triangle Strategy was there, before our eyes from the start. Now major, probably vaccinated, and able to stand on its own feet, it is therefore the proud Triangle Strategy (short) which was finally announced for March 4, 2022, a strategic release date since it is just a few weeks ahead of the end of the Japanese fiscal year.
The hypotenuse triangle
For the occasion, the triangular strategy according to Square Enix wanted to show good will, by listing the many improvements on which the team was able to work since the satisfaction questionnaire that accompanied the demo of last February. :
- – Difficulty adjustment during the game
- – Improved user interface
- – Added controls to move the camera
- – Possibility to re-read the previous dialogues
- – Improved loading times
- – Improved pace of play
If this last point obviously remains to be clarified, Nintendo wasted no time in unveiling a necessarily Collector’s edition which will contain: the Triangle Strategy game in physical version, a Steelbook, six personalized, a deck of cards and an equally special box to package everything.
Square Enix already promises more information to come, and we therefore recall while waiting that the game will benefit from a soundtrack signed Akira Senju, which will accompany the fifty hours targeted by the developers. Triangle Strategy is now expected on March 4, 2022, and its demo is still available on the Switch eShop.
