RoadsideFlix has released a new trailer for “The Good House,” the upcoming comedy movie that reunites Sigourney Weaver and Kevin Kline after years. The veteran actors had previously appeared together in 1993’s “One Day President” and 1997’s “Ice Storm”.
Sigourney Weaver plays Hildy Good, a New England real estate agent who is a descendant of the famous Salem witches. Hildy Good loves wine and secrets, is intelligent and sarcastic. His life, which he organized by dividing it into certain sections, is as clean and orderly as the idyllic town he lives in.
But her life is turned upside down after she meets her high school sweetheart, Frank Getchell (Kevin Kline). With this past romance reignited, Hildy will have to come to terms with the person she’s been trying to avoid all her life: herself.
Based on Ann Leary’s bestselling novel of the same name, “The Good House” is directed by Maya Forbes and Wallace Wolodarsky. The duo, who previously co-wrote the scripts of movies such as “Monsters vs.
