The first long trailer of the dystopian science fiction movie “Vesper” has been released. The trailer of the movie, which tells about the efforts of a brave young girl to revive nature while trying to survive in a dangerous world, draws attention with its futuristic and mystical atmosphere.
The film tells the story of Vesper (Raffiella Chapman), a dogged 13-year-old girl who, after the collapse of the world ecosystem, has with her ailing father (Eddie Marsan) in the ruins of a strange and dangerous world, all her skills to survive.
Searching for a way to awaken nature using seeds he found in the abandoned lands, Vesper one day finds a mysterious woman, Camellia, confused after a plane crash and agrees to help him find his missing comrade in exchange for safe passage to the Castle, where the oligarchs live comfortably. Embarking on a dangerous adventure, Vesper must rely on his wits and bio-hacking abilities to unlock an alternate future…
“Vesper” is written and directed by Kristina Buozyte and Bruno Samper, the duo who produced the acclaimed indie sci-fi thriller “Vanishing Waves” in 2012. “Vesper”, which made its world premiere at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in July, was highly praised by the critics.
The film will meet with moviegoers on September 30.
