RAPHAËLLE REMEMBERS THE PAST
At the hospital, Xavier is questioned by Commander Constant but he does not remember what happened the evening of his attack.
The next day, Sébastien joins Rebecca at the Spoon and informs her that Xavier does not have retrograde amnesia. In other words, he has all his mental abilities. With the right treatment, he should therefore remember his assault. A curse for Rebecca since their daughter is also starting to have memories. Panicked, Rebecca does not know what to do and regrets having returned to France.
Almost in tears, she states that she feels like she has not only missed her family life but also her love life. After recognizing that he too had his share of responsibility, Sébastien tries to cheer him up by reminding him of the many good times they have lived together. In a burst of optimism, Rebecca wonders if Xavier would not have recovered his memory and if he would not be silent to protect his family. To be sure, she takes it into her head to go see him in the hope of having a discussion with him.
At the station, Georges peeled the CCTV images. On the evening of the accident, the police saw a woman getting into a taxi in a street next to the Palais de Justice when the area was deserted at that time. Certain that it is not a simple coincidence, Martin would like to find the taxi driver. Although the vehicle’s license plate is partially obscured by another car, Roxane is on the spot.
For her part, Raphaëlle continues her therapy with Anna. No longer able to distinguish what is real from what is not, the lawyer has the impression of losing her mind. Although Anna asks him to focus on the day Xavier defenestrates, Raphaëlle doesn’t remember a thing after her mother came to show her family photos. Her patient clearly blocking herself, Anna lets her understand that it might be time for Rebecca to come to the session with her.
A few steps away, Chloe is at Xavier’s bedside, peacefully asleep. Shortly after, Rebecca arrives in the room and offers the Delcourt girl to take over because she would like to talk to Xavier. As Chloe refuses, the tone rises quickly. Angry, Rebecca ends up letting go that she knows about her affair with Alex. Unfortunately, Chloe does not have time to answer since the nurses come to take care of Xavier. Once the two women are gone, he opens his eyes.
Later, Raphaëlle crosses paths with her mother in the halls of the hospital and forces her to follow her into Anna’s office. While Rebecca is reluctant to answer the psychologist’s questions, Raphaëlle ends up taking out the photo of Daniel Meffre that she has kept. When Anna points out to him that the man she sees in her memories may not be Xavier but Daniel, Raphaëlle is struck by a memory.
In it, she is nine years old and hears her mother put an end to her affair with Daniel. However, he takes it very badly and attacks Rebecca violently. As Daniel was about to rape her, Raphaëlle grabbed an iron bar and hit it with all her might on the head. Coming back to reality, Raphaëlle has tears in her eyes and realizes with amazement that it is she who killed Daniel.

Afterwards, Georges is with Vanessa at the Spoon. After apologizing to her for not telling her he was living with her mother, he passes Mona’s invitation to her.
