MATHILDE IS HEARD BY THE POLICE
Before class starts, Nathan goes to the principal’s office and informs her that he heard an argument between Clément and Mathilde on the day of the teenager’s death. For their part, Agnès Varda’s high school students gather in front of an altar erected at the place where Clément lost his life. With tears in her eyes, Manon leaves a letter in her name while Lizzie, who is no longer angry with her, joins her to support her.
Meanwhile, Audrey considers postponing the start of her contract in Perpignan to stay with her children after everything that has just happened but Jordan pushes her to leave. As she seeks to find out more about her relationship with Clement, Jordan claims he is innocent. Audrey believes it but refuses however that it continues to find itself in such galleys. So she encourages him to go see a shrink but Jordan is categorically opposed.
Not far from there, Chloe warns Louise and Bart that a student heard Mathilde arguing with Clément just before her death. Shortly after, Louise therefore tells Bart that her daughter came back with a big scratch on her arm on the day of the drama. Even though the teenager told her that she was injured during a sports class, Louise unfortunately cannot help but imagine that she could be responsible for the death of Clément.
To be sure, Louise waits for Mathilde at the end of high school and the sum to tell her the truth. Back to the wall, the teenager confirms that Clément is the person who scratched her. Without delay, Louise accompanies her daughter to the police station, who recounts having crossed paths with Clément in the girls’ toilets. The latter wanted to explain what had happened with Garance. Hoping to win her back, he was particularly insistent and it was by pushing him back with force that he would have scratched her.
A few hours later, Damien informed Commander Constant that the epithelial cells found under the victim’s fingernails were indeed Mathilde’s. The results may confirm the version of the young woman, Martin still has some reservations.
At the same time, Bart gets something from a box in the kitchen and hurries to throw it in the trash.
CHRISTELLE DISCOVER THE INGOT
At the Morneo’s, Christelle does some gardening. As the moon flower planted by Sylvain cannot stand the sun, she decided to move it. Although her husband tries to dissuade her, Christelle continues to dig and falls on the gold bar. Sylvain then admits having stolen it when the hostage takers asked them to change.
Even if the value of the ingot is 50,000 euros, Christelle orders her husband to send it anonymously to the police so that he is not suspected of theft. Reluctantly, Sylvain slips the gold into an envelope which he then puts in a letterbox.
In the meantime, Christelle has changed her mind. Dreams in her head, she is determined to go get him. Dressed in sunglasses to go incognito, the Moreno return to the mailbox and retrieve the mail containing their loot. Insofar as they will have to resell it on the black market, they hope to extract 35,000 euros from it.
FRANÇOIS AGACE CAMILLE
During his last lesson, François asked his students to choose a quote that looks like them. In turn, the high school students then recite the sentences they have chosen. Camille has retained an extract from the Little Prince of Saint-Exupéry which says ” We can only see well with the heart, the essential is invisible to the eyes “. For Jordan, this maxim does not characterize her since she works using her image.
As her teacher encourages her to defend herself, the young woman explains that her father read this story to her when she was little. François therefore understands that it speaks rather of his relationship with his father and not really of her. While the French teacher is unanimous among his students, Camille for her part does not carry it in her heart.
