Victoria Abril will make her first appearance in “Tomorrow belongs to us” in a few days, as Rébecca Flores, Raphaëlle’s (Jennifer Lauret) mother. Discover a glimpse of this colorful and mysterious character.
For several months now, the faithful of Tomorrow Belongs to Us have been witnessing, over the arches, the arrival of many new faces in their favorite series. A script revival that follows the departure of several iconic actors, such as Linda Hardy, Juliette Tresanini, Rani Bheemuck, or Sébastien Capgras, and which accompanies other behind-the-scenes changes made on the occasion of season 5 of the soap opera.
And after Charlotte Gaccio, Emmanuel Moire, Jennifer Lauret, Xavier Deluc, or more recently Alexandre Varga (Cassandre), who joined the adventure in the role of Doctor Benjamin Ventura, who does not leave Victoire (Solène Hébert) indifferent and already arouses the jealousy of Samuel (Axel Kiener), it will very soon be the turn of Victoria Abril to land in the series and to blow a wind of freshness and mystery on Tomorrow belongs to us.
In an unpublished extract unveiled in preview by TF1, Rébecca Flores, the character played by the ex-star of Clem, arrives in Sète after years spent abroad. And the Spanish singer who visibly does not lack energy and fantasy lets go a “It’s beautiful France, I missed you” once installed in the taxi which could well take her towards a reunion, to say the least, complicated with her family.

Because Rebecca is none other than Raphaëlle Perraud’s mother (Jennifer Lauret), and therefore the grandmother of Maud (Sixtine Dutheil) and Camille Meffre (Elisa Ezzedine). And her return to France will be an opportunity for her to try to reconnect with her daughter. But will she succeed?
“This woman precipitately abandoned her daughter thirty years ago to go to South America”, explains Victoria Abril about her character in a press release sent by TF1. “Later will come the time for explanations. We are not a bad mother by choice or by pleasure. There is always a reason and Rebecca is certainly hiding a heavy family secret”.
A secret that should quickly find its way into the heart of the next main narrative arch of Tomorrow belongs to us, once the plot on Anna (Maud Baecker) and Karim (Samy Gharbi) is finished. Indeed, if we are to believe the synopses of the next episodes unveiled by the channel, Rebecca will end up making revelations to Raphaëlle about her father and revealing “an old secret to Xavier”.
And Tomorrow belongs to us, where soap and thriller coexist permanently, Camille and Maud’s grandmother will also be the victim of a mysterious attacker. Is he trying to silence her? Answer from November 8, date of the first appearance of Victoria Abril in Tomorrow belongs to us.
