Absent for several months, Anna (Maud Baecker) will return soon in “Tomorrow belongs to us”. And for the most impatient, TF1 has just unveiled the first images of the return of the actress in the series.
Please note, this article contains spoilers for future episodes of Tomorrow is Our Own. If you don’t want to know anything, don’t read on.
Having left for several months to make a report in West Africa, Anna (Maud Baecker) has not appeared on our screens since.
Good news, the young journalist is preparing to make her comeback under the Languedoc sun to the delight of fans of Tomorrow belongs to us, but also of Karim (Samy Gharbi) who was impatiently waiting to see his companion again.
In a new extract unveiled in preview on MYTF1, the latter is having a drink with Martin (Franck Monsigny) at the Spoon and fondly watch a couple kiss at the bar. While he particularly misses Anna, he is far from imagining that a big surprise awaits him.
As she returned earlier than expected from her professional trip, the young woman wanted to surprise him and landed in the bar. Separated for a long time, they kiss, happy to meet again.
If their first moments are warm, the sky will unfortunately quickly darken for them in the next episodes. Indeed, the arrival of Jim (Nicolas Baisin), a former war reporter, is likely to cause trouble in this flagship couple.
But the great novelty of this return to Sète will be rather the change of career of Anna. Journalist reporter since the launch of TF1’s successful daily soap opera, she is on the verge of making a most unexpected turnaround. Thus, according to information from Télé Star magazine, Anna will become a psychologist at Saint-Clair hospital.
The opportunity for Chloe’s sister to soon be at the heart of a new plot that foreshadows many twists and turns. While his relationship with Karim is preparing to go through a crisis, his new profession will also make him see all the colors.
According to the official synopses, Anna will receive a patient for couples therapy which will turn into a disaster and could well lead her to the heart of a “sordid affair”.
Once again, Anna’s return is not shaping up to be the best auspicious.
