The sci-fi epic that today, August 20, 2022, at 10:50 p.m. on Sat. 1 is not only damn expensive at 175 million US dollars, but also shows an undaunted passion for spectacular effects and unusual ideas. The film may be controversial, but it is certainly unique.

Little do the denizens of Earth know that life on their plane and many others was once planted by extraterrestrial noble houses. Once the created life forms have reached a certain level of development, they are “harvested”. A youth serum is then obtained from the yield, which promises eternal life to the extraterrestrial ruling race. When the regent of the most powerful of those alien dynasties dies, a war for Earth erupts between her children Balem (Eddie Redmayne), Kalique (Tuppence Middleton) and Titus (Douglas Booth).
But then another possible heiress appears completely unexpectedly: Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis). The young woman has no idea of her fate and as a cleaning worker keeps her head above water.
