After having caused one of the shocks of the Cannes Film Festival in 2016 with “Grave”, a cannibalistic genre film, Julia Ducournau is back, with Titane. Check out the trailer for the film which will be released on July 14, and in competition at Cannes just before.

It is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated feature films of the Cannes Film Festival, the 74th edition of which begins on July 6. A French genre film in competition, it promises to blow your hair, as these first images confirm.

Before its release on July 14 throughout France, Titane unveils its trailer.

The pitch of the film is as enigmatic as this first glimpse of the film.

“After a series of unexplained crimes, a father finds his son who has been missing for 10 years.
Titanium: Metal highly resistant to heat and corrosion, giving very hard alloys. “

It will undoubtedly be a new genre film, recalling in particular the work of David Cronenberg.

In the cast, we find Vincent Lindon, Agathe Rousselle and Garance Marillier in particular.

Remember that since Grave, Julia Ducournau has also recently made a foray into the world of series by directing two episodes of season 2 of Servant for M. Night Shyamalan.
