On the official Twitter account of the anime series »The Misfit of Demon King Academy« was released today announcedthat the second season will be broadcast on Japanese television in the course of 2023. You can see a new visual later in this article.
Second Season receives two Cour
The second season, which will span two separate courses, will once again be produced at the SILVER LINK studio under the direction of Masafumi Tamura (»Two Car«). Jin Tanaka (»Laid-Back Camp«) is again in charge of series composition, while Kazuyuki Yamayoshi (»ChäoS;Child«) is once again responsible for character design and Keiji Inai is composing the music.
The 13-part first season was broadcast on Japanese television from July to September 2020 and is available in Germany on the WAKANIM streaming platform in the original language with subtitles on demand. The publisher peppermint anime released them on DVD and Blu-ray.
Shuu’s original light novel has been on sale in Japan since March 2018, with illustrations by Yoshinori Shizuma. A manga adaptation by Haruka Kaya was published on the »Manga UP!« website from July 2018 to July 2021 and was canceled after four volumes.
