By opening a site became today famousannounced that the comedy manga »The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious« (Japanese: »Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii«) will receive an anime series that will be broadcast in Japan from July 2022. The series is being produced at SILVER LINK and Blade studios and will be directed by Misuzu Hoshino (Episode Director of »Ousama Game«) and Mirai Minato (»The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!«), who is also in charge of series composition. Machi Yoshino (Chief Animation Director on »The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn«) is responsible for the character design.
It stars Rie Takahashi (Mash Kyrielight in “Fate/Grand Order”) as Lilith and Saori Hayami (Shouko Nishimiya in “A Silent Voice”) as Yuuri. The music is composed by Kouji Fujimoto (»The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!«) and Osamu Sasaki (»Junjo Romantica« ending).
»The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious« adapts the manga of the same name by Wakame Konbu, which has been published in »Gangan Joker« magazine is published. The publisher Square Enix has so far brought five volumes into the Japanese trade.

Plot:
The maid Lilith was hired to tend to the whims of Yuuri, her employer’s son. However, Yuuri’s overzealous skepticism about her every move makes him nervous, as he suspects an evil plan is being hatched behind his back. Despite his paranoia, Lilith takes a liking to Yuuri and often teases him to further their bond.
