It’s not Elden Ring or Dark Souls, but it sweats FromSoftware productions from A to Z. The Lords of the Fallen finally showed its promising gameplay at the Game Awards 2022.
Now that the development of The Lords of the Fallen, formerly Lords of the Fallen 2, is really on track, the CI Games team can communicate more regularly. And the studio did not hesitate during the Game Awards 2022 with a trailer that makes you want to die repeatedly.
Gameplay for The Lords of the Fallen
Beyond the coronation ofElden Ringthe Souls-like genre shone at the Game Awards 2022 ceremony thanks to The Lords of the Fallen. A game that was completely off the radar, due to reboot and team change, but which will be released (for real) in 2023 exclusively on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. A next-gen title that runs on Unreal Engine 5.
A vast world of dark fantasy awaits you in the all-new action-RPG The Lords of the Fallen. In the shoes of one of the mythical Black Crusaders, go on an epic quest to try to overthrow Adyr the demon god.
What about these first edited gameplay extracts? It smells like FromSoftware and it’s obviously not a criticism. The art direction looks great, both in the environments and in the character design of some bosses. Boss who, logically, will not fail to make you suffer. Either we’re a Sub-like or we’re not after all!
As Elden Ring, The Lords of the Fallen can be played solo or in co-op, but here it will be limited to two players. We can obviously customize his character by drawing from among 9 classes, hundreds of weapons and magic.
