The Last of Us Part 1 soon playable absolutely everywhere

Neil Druckmann, director of TLOU and vice president of Naughty Dogannounces good news for The Last of Us Part 1. The game will soon be playable everywhere.

The Last of Us Part 1 is coming to PC in the coming weeks, and Sony won’t charge the new-gen tax. The game will even be sold cheaper than on PS5. But there is another rather nifty announcement.

The Last of Us Part 1 playable anywhere, anytime

From March 3, 2023, PC players will be able to get their hands on the true masterpiece of Naughty Dog. And this in the best possible conditions since it is a port of The Last of Us Part 1, the PS5 remake. A revisit that’s still an uppercut and a “a full-fledged next-gen game” in sublimated form. The studio did not, however, communicate the PC optimizations even if we imagine support for large screens etc.

However, there is one thing that is certain, and that is that The Last of Us Part 1 will soon be playable absolutely everywhere and in all circumstances. Neil Druckmann, the director of the original game, has confirmed that the title will be compatible Steam Deck. At launch? The developer and VP of The Dogs doesn’t say so, but it most certainly will, like previous PlayStation releases like God of War or Horizon Zero Dawn.
