The next big Warner Bros game that was originally supposed to come out this year is still going to be desired. Indeed, we learn from a very serious source that it would be postponed to 2023.
The newspaper Bloomberg and one of its very serious journalists, namely Jason Schreier, have just revealed the postponement of the Suicide Squad game. Indeed, the title which was originally supposed to be released in 2022 will not be released until 2023. This information comes from “people familiar with its development”. If the sources have no name, we know the seriousness of Schreier on this kind of subject.
A free adaptation
Like other games from a big superhero franchise like Guardians of the Galaxy (even though they’re technically not superheroes), this will be an adaptation of the comics. We should therefore not expect to find the faces and voices of the actors in the film Suicide Squad by James Gunn. Too bad for fans of Margot Robbie and John Cena.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which was announced in 2020, is one of the next big games from Warner Bros and is therefore being developed by Rocksteady Studios. To whom we owe the excellent series of Batman Arkham games.
