Jason Statham seems to be having a blast on the set of Expendables 4! The actor posted a making-of video in which he can be seen rehearsing scenes and chatting with his sidekick Sylvester Stallone.

On October 18, Sylvester Stallone left the shooting of Expendables 4, passing “the relay to Lee Christmas aka Jason Statham and his expert hands.”
The British comedian indeed seems to take the reins of the franchise, as seen in the video posted by the latter on his social networks. He is seen rehearsing fight scenes, giving instructions or chatting with Stallone.
We also have a small preview of a fight sequence in a bar that promises to be brutal! The end of the video shows Statham and Stallone, in Expendables gear, gazing at each other.
These first images of the film show that the character of Lee Christmas intends to give a good beating to his opponents in a relaxed manner, dressed in a leather jacket of the most beautiful effect. However, other than Stallone and Statham, we don’t see the other famous figures of the franchise, Dolph Lundgren or Randy Couture.
The new ones, 50 Cent, Megan Fox, Andy Garcia and Tony Jaa, have not yet pointed out either. We are also waiting to discover the great villain of this 4th opus, who will be played by Iko Uwais, star of The Raid.
The feature film, directed by Scott Waugh (Need For Speed), is currently being filmed. No release date announced for the moment.
