• Once upon a time : Elfie is a little Elfkins who lives in the secret world of the elves. She dreams of meeting humans and one day decides to go on an adventure! Elfie runs into Theo, a grumpy pastry chef whose pastry is no longer successful. His new mission? Save the little shop!
• What they will love: The mischief and good humor of Elfie and his friends Sam and Tom. Determined to help a grumpy pastry chef in spite of himself, the three elves take us on an adventure as magical as it is appetizing. Children will be amazed by their “elfinish” ideas for cooking with toys, enchanted by their wonderful reinvention of Theo’s bakery … and hilarious at the soaring “prout-rocket”, the escape in stretcher or pranks played on Bruno’s invasive “dog-pig”. An Elfkin is life changing. And everyone will find themselves dreaming of a visit from a leprechaun to give some color to their daily life.
• What may worry them: Between two gourmet pastries, the feature film takes a few darker paths. A terrifying human figurine in the show at the beginning of the film, the rejection of the original Elfie by his Elfkin clan, a rivalry / detestation between two pastry brothers that will end badly: so many subjects of misunderstandings and / or fears that will challenge young spectators, to better make them think about preconceptions, self-confidence or hatred to overcome. So fears, but useful fears.

• What they will keep inside: A crazy desire to go to the kitchen and get into baking! In the tradition of a Ratatouille, here is a film which makes you hungry (which those who do not dream of biting into a “Tour à la crème” raise their finger!) While celebrating the fulfillment of oneself, of one’s talents and of his dream : “You have to like what you cook” advises Theo with accuracy and gentleness to his mini-apprentice. The film should thus find a certain echo with children, while reminding them in fine the mess and emptiness of family or friendship discord and the importance of rediscovering, rather, what once brought us together. A feature film that makes you salivate and think, you can’t refuse.
