Absent from the next season of “The Chronicle of the Bridgertons”, British actor Regé-Jean Page hinted in an interview that he could finally make his return to the Netflix series for a short appearance.

What if Regé-Jean Page wasn’t quite done with La Chronique des Bridgerton. The British actor, regularly cited as one of the favorites to succeed Daniel Craig in the role of James Bond, has indeed suggested to our British colleagues to GQ that a return to the Netflix series would ultimately be possible.
Eager to devote himself fully to his film career, the 31-year-old comedian had decided not to re-stack for the second season of the historic series with which he revealed himself to the general public. But everything now suggests that this departure will not be definitive, as confirmed by the main interested party in this interview:
I do not have the possibility to answer you (on a possible return in the series, note). But isn’t it a wonderful feeling to be surprised by something you weren’t expecting?
If in fact, the words of Regé-Jean Page do not deny or confirm a possible return of the Duke of Hastings in the series, his response clearly leaves the door open to an appearance in a future season of the Netflix production. To the delight of fans, certainly!
The second season of The Bridgertons Chronicle will be broadcast on Netflix in 2022; as for Regé-Jean Page, he will soon be showing in The Gray Man films by the Russo brothers (Avengers: Endgame), but also the Saint, a cinematic reboot of the famous series worn by Roger Moore.
