Since the last season of “The Mandalorian,” we haven’t had any live-action Star Wars series. The wait will end before in the coming weeks with the arrival of the “Book of Boba Fett”. Check out never-before-seen footage in a new trailer.
The Book of Boba Fett : the return of the famous bounty hunter
Brought back into the light with the series The Mandalorian, the famous bounty hunter Boba Fett recalled fond memories of fans of the franchise. We thought he was dead in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi but the enigmatic villain thus managed to survive after his fall. While he was seen as an antagonist, The Mandalorian has operated a shift in its characterization to qualify it and make us want to follow it. Better, the character will now have the right to his own spin-off with The Book of Boba Fett. An original creation that is likely to please regular followers of the universe since‘it will take place on the famous planet Tatooine.
Boba (still played by Temuera Morrison) will be accompanied by his right arm, Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen), to return to the game and take the place left vacant by Jabba the Hutt. We don’t know more about the plot but it should be close to The Mandalorian in the spirit. The latter was a sort of galactic western, with pretty ambitions and a nice take on mythology. There is no doubt that surprises will be on the program, whether they are appearances of known figures or even extensions of narrative lines started elsewhere.
A new trailer
The series launch will take place on December 29th and will take place, as usual, at the rate of one episode per week. Before the start of hostilities, The Book of Boba Fett continues to roll out its promotion with a new trailer. This contains unpublished images and others already known. We understand that most of the story will take place on Tatooine and we will probably travel less than in The Mandalorian. In general, we have this impression that this show will be less extensive than the previous one. The main argument is the central protagonist, about whom we hope to learn more. From what we think we understand, it will a priori be a question of his past, with an explanation of his false death.
