The most optimistic soccer coach is back on Apple TV + soon! Season 2 of the Ted Lasso series, worn by Jason Sudeikis, is revealed in a delightful trailer.

Apple TV +

Public and critical success, the Ted Lasso series returns for a highly anticipated season 2 on Apple TV +. Jason Sudeikis returns to his role as an American football coach hired to lead a British team, AFC Richmond.

Even though he lacks experience, Ted proves to be a great asset to the team thanks to his kindness, his joie de vivre, his optimism and his determination. Considered a UFO at the beginning by his new British entourage, very cynical and sarcastic, the football coach will eventually charm his world and become this wonderful friend who wants you well.

Jason Sudeikis, also executive producer of the series, has won numerous accolades for this role, including a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Comedy Series. The second season of Ted Lasso will be available on Apple TV + from July 23 with the first two episodes, then one episode per week every Friday.

For these 12 new episodes, Ted Lasso’s team welcomes a new face, Sarah Niles, who plays Sharon, a sports psychologist called to work with AFC Richmond. This new recruit risks making sparks with Ted!
