To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the creation of Lucasfilm, the Hasbro company has just unveiled a figurine, sold in 2022, presenting the originator of the Star Wars saga as a Stormtrooper.
Children (or collectors …) will be able to play with George Lucas. At least with his figurine. The Hasbro company, which owns the merchandising rights for the Star Wars toy-side license, has decided to immortalize the saga’s progenitor in the guise of a Stormtrooper.
A creation to actually celebrate the 50th anniversary of the company Lucasfilm, in homage to its founder. This is not the first time that Lucas has been transformed into a figurine. In 2002, the Hasbro company released a minifigure of an Alliance pilot named Jorg Sacul, who looked like Lucas. And even in 2006, this time in the guise of Baron Papanoida, the cameo character he played in Star Wars – Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
This figure, which is previewed below, will be on sale in 2022.
