Daisy Ridley was revealed to the world thanks to the character of Rey, heroine of postology “Star Wars“. The British actress has just revealed the scene of which she is most proud.
Star Wars : the succession of the Skywalkers
In 2015, three years after Disney bought Lucasfilm, JJ Abrams relaunched the Skywalker saga with Star WarsEpisode VII: The Force Awakens. Along with the return of Leia (Carrie Fisher), Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), this installment introduces new characters, including former Stormtrooper Finn (John Boyega), pilot Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac ), the warrior Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and especially the looter of wrecks Rey (Daisy Ridley).
Protagonists who are brought to meet, ally or confront each other during a long fight between the Resistance and the First Order. A war against a backdrop of family conflict and unexpected revelations that continues in Star WarsEpisode VIII: The Last Jedi and Star WarsEpisode IX: The Rise of Skywalker.

The feature films are unsurprisingly box office successes, collecting between them nearly $4.5 billion in worldwide revenue. This postlogy also reveals Daisy Ridley to the world. In recent years, the British actress has also appeared in The crime of the Orient Express, Ophelia or Chaos Walking.
Daisy Ridley’s Favorite Scene
The actress recently shot in Sometimes I Think About Dying, a romantic comedy by Rachel Lambert in which she lends her features to Fran, a young woman who often thinks about death and whose daily life is turned upside down by the arrival of a new colleague, Robert (Dave Mehreje), who does not not leave insensitive. Asked by IMDb on this new project which does not yet have a release date in France, Daisy Ridley confided in the adventure Star Wars.
Rey’s interpreter returned to the postlogy scene she’s most proud of. This is not his first encounter with Luke Skywalker at the end of the Force Awakensnor of his unexpected union with Kylo Ren in The Last Jedi or of his final confrontation with Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid)… but of the moment when Han Solo offers him his NN-14 blaster pistol in episode seven, after their arrival on the planet Takodana.

If Daisy Ridley chose this particular moment, it is because she considers to have been up against Harrison Ford, when she was very nervous about shooting alongside him. She explained:
Oh my God. The one that comes to mind is in The force awakens with Harrison Ford, a relatively unknown actor. He gives me a gun and I say something like, “I can take care of myself.” I was so nervous, the moment he handed it to me, I was like, “Oh my God, it’s Harrison Ford.” So I was proud to have gone through that and to have seemed quite relaxed.
