Even if Charlie Hunnam will probably always remain Jax Teller for many “Sons Of Anarchy” fans, the charismatic Brit has been burning himself since the big series finale (which, after all, is already eight years old) beyond his career as a gangster biker with a wide variety of roles in the memory of cinema and TV audiences. Following on from big Hollywood films like Guillermo Del Toro’s robo-monster extravaganza Pacific Rim, fantasy epic King Arthur: Legend Of The Sword and genre ace Guy Ritchie’s gangster comedy The Gentlemen, Last Looks” is a film for a change that wasn’t produced for the big screen, but will soon end up in home cinemas.
However, the more recent past since Corona has shown that this does not have to be accompanied by a loss in quality. In any case, the well-known cast, who get in the mood for the fun action thriller in the above German trailer for “Last Looks”, makes you sit up and take notice. In addition to Hunnam, there are also Oscar winners Mel Gibson, Rupert Friend (“Obi-Wan Kenobi”), Morena Baccarin (“Deadpool”) and “Bad Boys 3” villain Jacob Scipio, cult mime Clancy Brown (“The Condemned ‘) and those from fantasy stuff like ‘Bright’ and ‘Vampire Academy” known Lucy Fry. Tim Kirkby, who is best known for TV series such as “Veep” and “Fleabag”, took over the direction.
Last Looks will be released on November 11, 2022 digitally, as well as on DVD and Blu-ray. If you don’t want to miss the film and would like to see it on the day it opens, you can secure your copy now:

Waldo (Charlie Hunnam) is a former Los Angeles Police Department detective who has chosen a simple and lonely existence deep in the woods until his ex-girlfriend and former colleague Lorena (Morena Baccarin) approaches him with a request: He is assigned to investigate the murder of TV superstar Alastair Pinch’s (Mel Gibson) wife.
