Sometimes it doesn’t take much to get a good start on video game marketing. Sonic Frontiers has apparently done things out of order. Explanations.
Sonic Frontiers surely did things out of order. Instead of presenting the game in a coherent way so that everyone can clearly understand the direction of the title, Sega contented itself with rather lunar videos without really convincing, even the fans of the hedgehog.
A new video that changes everything for Sonic Frontiers?
Visibly aware of the problem of communication around Sonic Frontiers, Sega has just unveiled a video that changes “everything” and finally allows you to realize what the title will be like. A gameplay video with a narrator. The title shows its ambitions and above all shows its full potential. A video that aims to be reassuring and which already seems to have a very positive feedback.
We are far from the empty universe and the cruel lack of dynamism of the first videos. Like what, a simple trailer can really change the way we look at a game. For the record, Sonic is expected on Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC on November 8. And here is the scenario:
The story begins when Sonic, Miles “Tails” Prower, and Amy Rose are sucked into a wormhole and Sonic is lost on a mysterious island, separate from Tails and Amy. An artificial intelligence guides the player as they seek to collect the Chaos Emeralds and find their friends.
What do you think of this brand new trailer? Is that enough to convince you to embark on the Sonic Frontiers adventure? Tell us within comments.
