The first four episodes of “She-Hulk” were primarily a legal comedy series and only then MCU adventures – which is a welcome change, at least for the author of these lines. In episode 5, this game is now taken to the extreme: The whole episode is very funny, but you have to look for big MCU connections with a magnifying glass – at least until the very end. Because suddenly we see a familiar mask.

Easily recognizable by the horns: This is Daredevil’s (Charlie Cox) mask.
Many Marvel fans may already have recognized the utensil, but certainly not all. It is the mask of Daredevil (Charlie Cox). Charlie Cox had previously played the role in three seasons of the long-running Netflix Daredevil series and crossover The Defenders, which is now also available on Disney+.

Previously, Cox was already in “Spider-Man: No Way Home’ has returned as supernatural attorney Matt Murdock, but now he’s also making a comeback in costume. Some trailers and pictures had already revealed that Daredevil would appear in “She-Hulk”.
However – and this can also be guessed from the short teaser at the end of “She-Hulk” Episode 5 – Daredevil’s costume will look a little different than what you know from the “Daredevil” series:

This is what Daredevil looks like in She-Hulk.
Basically, the Daredevil suit is reminiscent of the look from the series, but there are also some clear differences – above all the yellow / gold mask. This is a reference to Marvel’s first “Daredevil” comics, in which the hero also wore a yellow and red suit.
The question remains as to which of the remaining four episodes of She-Hulk will feature Charlie Cox as Daredevil. The end of Episode 5 seems to suggest that Episode 6 is already here and presumably the team led by head writer Jessica Gao isn’t doing themselves any favors by delaying things any longer. After all, many fans are eagerly awaiting the Daredevil comeback.
On the other hand, a crossover with She-Hulk and Daredevil would of course also be a nice thing for the finale, i.e. Episode 9. In fact, we’re leaning more towards Episode 6, as Daredevil will likely only guest star in one episode, while the finale will likely revert to the ongoing conflict between She-Hulk and Titania (Jameela Jamil).
But there will be more of Daredevil soon. With “Daredevil: Born Again”, the blind crime fighter will soon have his very own comeback series on Disney+, which will once again bring him together with his worst adversary, Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio). Before that, however, both will also be seen in supporting roles in the Hawkeye spin-off Echo.
