On the official Twitter account The anime adaptation of »Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation« (Japanese: »Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu«) was announced today that the second season will start on Japanese television in the course of 2023. You can see a first trailer below.
Second season on Crunchyroll
The second season is once again being produced at Studio Bind under the direction of Manabu Okamoto (»GAMERS!«), who is also responsible for composing the series. Hiroki Hirano will serve as assistant director, while Kazutaka Sugiyama and Mizuki Takahashi will once again be in charge of character design.
The Crunchyroll streaming service has secured the license for the sequel and is showing it in Germany in the original Japanese language with German subtitles in a simulcast.
The first season of »Mushoku Tensei« ran between January and March 2021 with eleven episodes and between October and December 2021 with twelve episodes in Japan. In Germany, it is available with German and Japanese voice output on Crunchyroll and WAKANIM.
