A Japanese TV show got the chance to take a closer look at One Piece author Eiichiro Oda’s own four walls. There are some pictures at the end of the article.
Crazy facility
The journey of »One Piece« is slowly coming to an end. The final phase of the popular manga series begins, and in order for it to mark a fitting conclusion for the franchise, Oda even took a month off to attack the final leg, fully recovered. And what is best for relaxation? Of course a home where you feel good!
And thanks to the TV show, we now know where Oda gets his crazy ideas from. Because some of his home furnishings are just as colorful and unusual as some moments in his masterpiece »One Piece«. For example, there is a bathtub with dragon decorations or a life-size Bruce Lee figure. Speaking of life-size – there is also a giraffe.
But as long as it helps him fuel his creativity and keep his fans happy, we should be fine with that. A series of pictures of his apartment tour can be found below.
»One Piece« has been published in »Weekly Shounen Jump« magazine since July 1997. In Germany, the series is published by Carlsen Manga, while the anime is available on demand from Crunchyroll and will be published on DVD and Blu-ray by KAZÉ Anime.
