While season 5 of Riverdale ended not long ago, the sixth season is already unveiled with a psychedelic trailer that teases the arrival of the witch Sabrina, camped by Kiernan Shipka.
After the explosive events of the finale of season 5, broadcast not long ago on Netflix, Riverdale is already back in the landscape with the first images of season 6. This new chapter returns from November 16 on the American channel The CW with 5 episodes that promise to be psychedelic.
The unveiled teaser reports the arrival of black magic in Riverdale through Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch), who will cast a curse on the city, which tormented her ancestor, while forming a clan of witches. Among these magicians, fans will have recognized Sabrina, the heroine of The New Adventures of Sabrina, the series now ended.
The witch camped by Kiernan Shipka will therefore land in Riverdale but we do not yet know her intentions. Archie (KJ Apa) and his gang will therefore have to face very strange and disturbing events. We also understand that the young man survived the attack on Hiram Lodge (Mark Consuelos) at the end of season 5 and that he continues his relationship with Betty (Lili Reinhart) to the point of making a baby!
The other couples suffer disappointments, like Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Reggie (Charles Melton), but also Jughead (Cole Sprouse) and Tabitha (Erinn Westbrook). In addition, we are promised more musical moments in this new season and maybe a comeback between Cheryl and Toni (Vanessa Morgan).
For the moment, Netflix has not yet communicated the broadcast date of these episodes in France but they could be available in US + 24, as usual.
