Resident Evil 8 is currently unplayable on PC due to a corrupt update. A whole program, that’s what we know.

An update that breaks the game? This happens sometimes and we told you about a similar problem a little while ago. Nintendo Switch Sports. This time it simply concerns Resident Evil 8 (Village) and the presence of an update on the version Steam Game.

Resident Evil 8 is no longer playable by multiple players

The publisher Capcom has therefore acknowledged that a new patch is causing Resident Evil Village to crash for some PC players:

To all RE8 Village players Steam :

We are aware of an ongoing issue with the latest patch that is causing the game to crash for some users. We are currently researching a solution, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused!

Sad news therefore and inevitably a blow of pressure for the developers to crash a game with a patch which must precisely solve problems. For the record Capcom is planning a Resident Evil Showcase today Wednesday October 19 at 11:00 p.m. after some news on the Silent Hill saga. We let you find the news in question via this link.

On the menu we will have RE 4 Remake, RE Village Gold Edition and mores Again. Something to satisfy RE fans with, we hope, also a few surprises. For RE Village Gold Edition, the challenge is also to provide new information before the release on October 28, 2022.
