PS Plus Extra & Premium: December 2022 games announced, heavy?

The December 2022 PS Plus Extra & Premium games have been revealed. Still very heavy? On the program this month with several cult licenses and nice additions.

While all PS Plus subscribers can enjoy five free games this month, the additions of its two new formulas are revealed. To end 2022 on a high note, Sony managed to keep it a secret until the end, without our leaker national did not reveal the program in advance. So what’s new with PS Plus Extra and Premium? Is the year ending in style? Here is the program.

The PS Plus Extra games of December 2022

Sony had set the bar very high last month. Between five great PS3 classics for PlayStation Plus Premium, the complete JRPG juggernaut, and a now cult The Elder Scrolls Skyrim for PS Plus Extra, subscribers are expecting some nice surprises to end 2022 on an excellent mark. The surprise will have been complete this month, with the continuation of the Yakuza, the arrival of several Far Cry or even the Shadow of Mordor.

Without further ado, here is the list of PS Plus Extra games that will be available from December 20, 2022:

The PS Plus Premium games of December 2022

Have the complaints around the PS Plus Premium been heard? Since the launch of the high-end formula of the subscription service, players have expressed their disappointment. For them, Sony does not keep its promise by not systematically adding great classics from the PS1, PSP or PS2 era, the Japanese firm placing the emphasis above all on resmasters or PS3 games like the Ratchet & Clank last month. On the program this month:

  • Ridge Racer 2 | PSP
  • Heavenly Sword | PS3
  • Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus | PS1
  • Pinball Hero | PSP

Note the presence of Ridge Racer 2, which leaked a few months ago. It therefore seems to be on track for the upcoming arrival of Dino Crisis.
