Director Nicolas Vanier is known to be a lover and a defender of nature. For the filming of Polyhe insisted on reduce the ecological footprint by collaborating with the eco-responsible filming label Secoya founded by the director of the film, Mathieu Delahousse.
I worked with all the heads of post to reduce the ecological footprint of filming. We have pushed the slider quite far, for example by eliminating the distribution of plastic water bottles or air travel. We appealed to a local economy in our consumption, choosing with organic producers who had not worked for the cinema before. To the delight of the team, moreover, since we ate very well! We have done a lot of work on this question, which moreover serves today as a basis for reflection for other films.
