Faced with the many problems of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, some players are already throwing in the towel and getting their money back.
Although Pokémon Scarlet and Violet has some great ideas, players bemoan a very dated and bug-ridden title. A finish that has prompted users to request refunds as soon as possible.
The output of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet go wrong
Although there is a short-lived solution to improve the framerate of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, this makeshift repair does not solve all the problems of the game. And they are legion because the title is considered by many to be technically catastrophic. To the point where it seems to follow the trajectory of Cyberpunk 2077.
On the Reddit forums, several players have already been reimbursed for their digital copy. As indicated by Head_of_the_BordelloNintendo returned the money from this purchase to “exceptional title” and invited the user to see the tests that evaluate the product next time.
Sellouthipster shared the message sent to win the case:
I bought Pokémon Scarlet last night. I played an hour or two, but unfortunately the game runs incredibly poorly. I don’t usually come to you in these cases, but frankly, I would really appreciate a refund as I don’t see myself having fun playing this game in its current state. Would that be possible?
Like the other member, this person received his due after providing his email address associated with the Nintendo account, as well as the serial number of his Switch. So will Big N respond positively to all requests? It is not said.
This reimbursement would be part of the manufacturer’s policy and would only be valid once. In other words, the reason for this move would not be the very questionable state of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
