Less commented on than the big hits on the platform, the “Ozark” series is nevertheless highly recommendable. The end is near, with the second part of season 4 due to arrive in the coming months. Netflix has just revealed the release date and a teaser.
Ozark: a thriller to discover absolutely on Netflix
Audiences are not always a factor to take into account to judge the quality of a program. If not, Ozark would be relegated far behind Stranger Things, The Witcher, Squid Game, or The casa de Papel. However, she deserves just as much – if not more! – public attention. Started in 2017 on the platform, it follows the Byrdes led by the head of the family, Marty (Jason Bateman). After a failed operation on behalf of a cartel, the latter imagines a plan to launder money. In order to achieve this, he takes his tribe on the Missouri side, near the Ozarks. However, local mafiosos take a dim view of their arrival and the misadventures are quick to begin.
The series does not reinvent the thriller but applies to unpack a quality scenario, by drawing fascinating characters and stakes. We sometimes think of breaking Bad, without daring to say that it equals this prestigious title. We also think of True Detective in this way of investing in a purely American place with the cachet to exploit its cogency.
Part 2 of Season 4 has a release date and a teaser
You will therefore understand that Ozark is very well worth the detour and there is still time to jump on the bandwagon, even if the outcome is approaching. Season 4 will be the very last and it has been split into two parts to keep the suspense going. The first was launched at the very beginning of the year. The followers of the show were shocked by certain narrative choices. Suffice to say that they are now impatiently awaiting the conclusion! No release date has been announced so far. Netflix has finally revealed it with a first teaser. Fans can now note the date of April 29 in their diary.

This brief preview mostly focuses on the character of Ruth Langmore (Julia Garner), which is understandable given what happened in Part 1 of the season. The young woman will seek revenge and we are ready to bet that deaths will be on the program of this final stretch. A trailer should be released in the coming weeks to continue teasing the latest burst of episodes.
