It was during the D23 convention that Disney unveiled the first images of “Once Upon a Time 2”. Still led by Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey, we find Giselle and her prince fifteen years later in their new life. But the problems are not far away…
Once upon a time 2: the sequel is finally revealed!
In 2007, we discovered a Disney princess who landed in the real world in Once upon a time. Giselle (Amy Adams), was spending happy days in the magic kingdom of Andalasia and preparing to marry Prince Edward (James Marsden). But the evil queen Narcissa, jealous of Giselle, decided to get rid of her by propelling her to a place opposite of Andalasia : Manhattan.
Having become a woman in flesh and blood, Giselle clashed with real life, which was sorely lacking in magic. She ended up fall in love of a man, Robert (Patrick Dempsey), and the two were preparing to spend happy days together.
Fifteen years later, we find them in once upon a time 2. Giselle and Robert are still in love and have founded their family : they have a teenage daughter, and a small baby. They move into a new house in the suburbs of Monroeville. But when trouble arises because of Malvina Monroe (Maya Rudolph), Giselle wants their life to be the perfect fairy tale, accidentally turning the lives of people in the real world and Andalasia upside down.
The film is expected on November 24 next directly on Disney+.
