In the third episode “Ms. Marvel” is slowly bringing some light into the darkness – in the literal sense. We learn that Kamala (Iman Vellani) appears to be descended from a race of beings from another dimension (the Noor or Light dimension) known as Djinn and Clandestine respectively. So that’s where their powers come from. But that’s not all.
Episode 3 starts right off with a flashback to 1942 as we see Clandestine, which includes Kamala’s great-grandmother Aisha (Mehwish Hayat), search some sort of cave or tomb. There they find the bracelet, which then “awakens” Kamala’s powers (as Bruno puts it in episode 2) many years later. and this bangle is on an arm with blue skin:

Clearly recognizable here: the bracelet is on a blue-skinned arm.
Pretty sure it’s not a sign of decomposition, after all the arm looks relatively intact apart from the fact that the body that goes with it is missing. Rather, there is something else behind it: The blue skin is a strong indication that the original wearer of the bracelet (or bracelets, more on that later) was a Kree.
The Kree are a race of (mostly) blue-skinned aliens in both the Marvel Comics and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), who have primarily played a role in “Captain Marvel” and the two “Guardians Of The Galaxy” films (as well as the Agents Of SHIELD series, which isn’t clearly part of the MCU canon).

We’ve already seen Kree in the MCU in Guardians Of The Galaxy and Captain Marvel.
Although the reason for Kamala’s powers in “Ms. Marvel” was changed, so there is still a connection to the Kree: In the comics, Kamala is an Inhuman, descended from the humans the Kree conducted experiments on countless years ago. In the MCU, Kamala’s innate Djinn powers are now somehow awakened by a Kree artifact.
In any case, the fact that the bracelet was found on a Kree corpse indicates that the artifact is of extraterrestrial origin. Also, in “Ms. Marvel” Episode 3 that there is a second bracelet – and that is reminiscent of the so-called Nega bands from the comics, a Kree weapon, granting the wearer superhuman abilities. Maybe you can orientate yourself with “Ms. Marvel” on it?
And then Of course, the mysterious bangle inevitably reminds of the Ten Rings from “Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings”. Could the mysterious weapon from the movie starring Simu Liu be the second missing bracelet? At least in the mid-credit scene of Shang-Chi, we learn that this is an ancient technology.
The fact that Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) cannot identify the rings as Kree technology speaks against this. She only lived with the Kree for a few years, though, and if their rings really are more than a thousand years old, it’s no wonder she can’t relate to them.

In any case, it is certainly no coincidence that two bracelet-like artifacts with mysterious origins were introduced in the MCU at such a short distance. And even if the Ten Rings isn’t the second bracelet, after “Ms. Marvel” it is clear that both items are somehow connected. Finally, in the cave where Clandestine finds the bracelet, we see the symbol of the Ten Rings on the floor.
We may find out more in the next episode “Ms. Marvel”. Episode 4 will be released on Disney+ on June 29, 2022.
